Choose the correct path

Installed merchants

Open ForensiMark from Shopify Admin and create a ticket from the authenticated Support page. Tickets record subject, message, merchant-provided contact email, priority, and status inside the merchant's ForensiMark account.

Store customers

Contact the Shopify merchant that operates the store. For access, correction, or deletion requests, the merchant can use Shopify's standardized customer-data and redaction process for installed applications.

Security reports

Installed merchants should use authenticated Support and mark an urgent issue with the appropriate priority. Do not place passwords, API keys, signing secrets, database credentials, or private evidence directly in the first ticket message.

Prospective or public enquiries

For general enquiries before installation, contact ForensiMark at hello@taqwavows.com. Installed merchants should continue to use the authenticated Support page for account-specific requests.

What to include in a merchant ticket

  • Store domain and the affected ForensiMark page or feature.
  • A concise description of what happened and when it occurred.
  • Relevant product handle, case number, audit ID, certificate ID, or Potential Match ID.
  • Whether the issue affects billing, privacy, security, media delivery, search, evidence, or DMCA review.
  • Screenshots with secrets and unrelated personal data removed.

No response-time promise

The current public terms do not promise 24/7 support or a fixed response-time SLA. Ticket priority is recorded to help organize merchant support, but it is not a guaranteed response or resolution time.
